Are you passionate about marketing and fragrance, and eager to make a significant impact in the fabric care industry? We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Associate to join our innovative Fabric Care Category team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing deep market, customer, and consumer insights, and promoting our scent solutions to a global portfolio of customers supporting our business growth’s goals.

Role Responsibilities:
- Analyze: Dive into local and global market data, technological advancements, industry dynamics, lifestyle trends to uncover trends and insights that will fuel the category strategy and innovation positioning- Report: Develop comprehensive reports on new product introductions, market trends and consumer preferences to inform the category innovation and V2M teams- Collaborate: Work closely with a cross-functional team supporting marketing efforts to commercialize IFF’s cutting-edge innovations and solutions to drive profitable growth- Communicate: Craft compelling branded content and materials showcasing our innovation and emphasizing IFF’s value propositions- Influence: Provide actionable insights that support business development and strengthen customer relationships.
- What We're Looking For:
- Educational Background: Master’s degree in marketing, business, or fragrance technology- Experience: 3 years of experience, with a solid background in marketing, specifically within the B2B fragrance industry or potentially in the FMCG. Experience in Home and/or Fabric Care is a must-have for this role- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret a broad range of external/internal data and translate it into actionable insights- Communication Skills: Excellent creative communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate meaningful insights and visualize data, ability tailored to the targeted audience- Proactive Personality: Hands-on, with a can-do attitude and problem-solving approach- Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects effectively- Team Player: Work well in a dynamic global team setting- Passionate: Enthusiastic about fragrance and the fabric care category
