**Maintenance Technician - Soho House Amsterdam** As **Maintenance Technician**you will be taking care of ad-hoc tasks and providing ongoing maintenance support to the building. - Making sure that all areas and facilities of the house are up to the highest maintenance status - Performing painting and repairing of walls, furniture, cabinets, windows, locks and keys - Performing electrical and mechanical repairs - Performing repairs on fans and air conditioning - Performing routine plumbing repairs - Performing carpentry work - Documenting work accomplished and closely liaising with the Maintenance Manager on projects - Being aware and observing safety precautions and fire safety procedures and emergency action plans **Benefits** Soho House offers competitive compensation packages that feature global benefits and perks.
