That is where you come in. As Marketing Manager, you take the lead in shaping our marketing strategy and making sure it delivers results. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution in branding and communication. Your work engages patients, relatives, and medical. Be it online or offline. In the Netherlands, Europe and beyond. You use a data-driven approach to decide on what marketing strategies work best for which stakeholders and regions. **You bring**: - Completed an education at HBO level or above. - You bring >5 years’ experience in branding and marketing of consumer and/or medical products. - Preferably have experience with marketing towards medical professionals. - You have good knowledge on Google - and Meta ads, and traditional media. - You can create marketing materials (images/videos) for social media using the STIL brandbook as a basis - Excellent writer, both in Dutch and English, and preferable also German. - You have a flexible mindset and are eager to learn. **What you will be working on**: - Develop and refine the branding and positioning of STIL as an innovative healthcare company. - Developing a marketing strategy for STIL to create brand awareness and generate new customers. Execution will be partly you, partly in collaboration with third parties. - Set up and manage a KPI-driven marketing framework. - Manage STIL’s online presence (website, social, newsletters) and advertisements (both online and offline). - Organize events, visit tradeshows and congresses. - Collaborate with sales and management team to achieve commercial goals. - Manage the contacts with the marketing departments of STIL’s partners and support them in their efforts. **What is in it for you?** A dynamic work environment in a fast-growing scale-up.
