Head of Portfolio Office

As Head of Portfolio Office you have an unique role supporting the Treasury MT and leadership team in reaching Treasury’s strategic objectives by allowing them to prioritize, staff and monitor the portfolio continuously. You are a trusted advisor and sparring partner for Treasury leadership, and you maintain excellent relationships with our stakeholders.

**You and your job**
We are seeking an experienced Head of Portfolio Office to join our dynamic team. In your role you will focus on all facets of Treasury Portfolio Management. You will oversee the portfolio of change initiatives and drive project and program delivery. Your role is pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency, alignment with strategic priorities, and successful outcomes. Your key responsibilities can be summarized as: strategic alignment, team leadership, portfolio management and reporting & rigor. You will report into the Tribe Lead Treasury ALM and acts as deputy Tribe Lead.

As Head of Portfolio Office you will be successful when:

- You collaborate closely with senior leadership to align the portfolio objectives with our overall Treasury strategy.
- You are seen as a true value-added partner to the Treasury Leadership team and the stakeholders you support, so that they involve you in decision making processes, solicit and value your feedback.
- You champion innovation and challenge the status quo.
- You monitor the (financial) performance of the portfolio and challenge senior members of the management team on the progress made towards the strategic objectives set.
- Ensure robust reporting, standards, and governance across the portfolio to optimize efficiency.
- You stimulate personal development and safeguard the wellbeing of the Portfolio Office team.

**Top responsibilities**
- Drive and steer the quarterly planning cycle within Treasury to meet the strategic objectives set.
- Define, manage, challenge, monitor and report progress towards the objectives set.
- Align with key stakeholders within Treasury and other tribes/ business units on the priority setting and formulate prioritization/risk acceptance proposals for Treasury MT.
- Inform the regulator on progress made on regulatory driven projects.
- Support the annual budgeting and strategic MTP process for Treasury.
- Manage, coach and develop a high performing team.

- Master's Degree.
- 10 years+ experience ideally in an ALM environment, including leadership experience.
