**Transfer Pricing Manager - Amsterdam / Eindhoven**

We’re looking for an experienced Transfer Pricing Manager to join our dynamic and fast-growing team in Amsterdam or Eindhoven. In this role, you’ll work closely with a broad client portfolio on end-to-end transfer pricing projects, from initial strategy through to implementation. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of complex assignments while mentoring junior colleagues and receiving support from seasoned professionals.

Your day-to-day will be varied and engaging—ranging from advising clients on transfer pricing risks (including due diligence assignments), drafting Advance Pricing Agreements, and liaising with tax authorities, to building and maintaining strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities.

You’re someone who communicates clearly, enjoys taking initiative, and can inspire and support a team. You have a university-level degree in tax or economics, at least six years of relevant experience, and a solid understanding of Dutch and international transfer pricing regulations. Fluency in Dutch is essential, and strong English skills are a plus. You’re also someone who values quality, acts independently, and enjoys contributing to a positive team environment.
