**Chateau Amsterdam is looking for a Chef de Partie (kitchen, 24/30 hours per week)**

Chateau Amsterdam is a start-up. Founded in 2017 with a small wine production, and now, 6 years later, we can produce 200,000 bottles of wine locally in Amsterdam in our new winery, adjacent to our restaurant where these wines are served. Our restaurant offers an Italian-inspired menu featuring exquisite dishes that changes regularly. The cuisine of Chateau is innovative and we cook with feeling and passion.

**ROLE**:
The primary mission of the Chef de Partie is to be able to handle a department in the kitchen independently. He/she is hands on and versatile.

**TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES/LEVEL**:

You will report to the Head or Sous Chef and work in the Kitchen team. Chateau Amsterdam operates as a flat organization, where a small team of professionals collaboratively drive the operations.

**KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE | COMPETENCIES**
- Able to work independently
- Excellent cooking skills
- Taste and food knowledge
- Ensure a smooth service
- You work discreetly, with precision and discipline
- You have a level 3 degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience of working in a kitchen.
- Living in or near Amsterdam
