As part of your tasks, you will need to work with different experts in the various digital marketing domains. It is important to have experience in all domains and be a generalist, while at the same time managing, controlling, reviewing and organising the work of the other members of the team who are specialized in their own domain of expertise.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Accountable for shaping and maintaining the brand message across digital marketing channels to ensure consistency and resonance with our audience
- Organize the work with other digital marketing experts, UI designers, developers and copywriters to achieve the desired results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze marketing metrics and user feedback to iteratively refine strategies and tactics for maximum impact.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform innovative marketing approaches.
- Provide regular reports and updates on marketing performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

**Digital Marketing Skills**:

- Experience in website optimization techniques to enhance user experience and drive conversion rates.
- Understanding of SEO best practices to optimize website visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Expertise in managing online advertising campaigns across various platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
- Familiarity with tooling as Google Analytics, Google Data Studion Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and analyzing analytics to gain insights
- Ability to shape brand messages according to the target audience
- Knowledge of social media management tools and strategies to foster community engagement and brand advocacy.
- Proficient in driving and reviewing blog copywriting to ensure compelling content resonates with our target audience and enhances brand awareness.
