**The Script**

At PRESSROOM, our vibrant restaurant offers two unique outlets: the restaurant and cocktail bar. You’ll work alongside a dynamic team, providing excellent service to both hotel guests and local patrons throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Be the main point of contact for restaurant availability inquiries.
- Handle guest complaints and reviews, working with the team to ensure continuous improvement.
- Accurately register purchases using our operating system.
- Serve as the first contact for external guests making reservations.
- Assist with various projects assigned by the F&B Manager or Supervisor.

INK Hotel Amsterdam - MGallery is a luxurious lifestyle hotel with a rich history, located in the former home of the Dutch newspaper ‘De Tijd,’ where stories were created and preserved in ink. Our restaurant, PRESSROOM, is a welcoming space for both hotel guests and locals, serving delightful dishes crafted by our talented kitchen team and cocktails expertly made by our skilled bartenders.

**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Has excellent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
- Is creative, proactive, and flexible.
- Is currently enrolled in a relevant hospitality or tourism program.
- Is available to work 38 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends.
- Can start an internship from July/August 2025.
- Can commit to at least 5/6 months.
