Leading a group of project and assistant project managers within PACCAR Global Engines in a Challenging and International Environment The Supervisor PMO (Project Management Office) Global Engines is responsible for managing a team of project managers and assistant project managers, that are responsible for the realization engine development projects within the constraints of Quality, Timing, Cost and Performance (QTCP).

Your tasks:

- Assign project managers as well as assistant project managers to the engine projects;
- Adapt the team to the current and future project portfolio;
- Develop the required project management skills;
- Support the PMs in defining the project scope together with the relevant stakeholders;
- Provide guidance to the team members regarding planning, executing, monitoring, adjusting and organizing the project(s);
- Reporting to and coordination with sponsor and stakeholders;
- Follow as well as help improving all relevant processes within project management.

This position will report to the Director of PMO Global Engines. As a Supervisor PMO Global Engines you have a Master degree in preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Automotive Engineering. You bring 10+ years of professional experience and 5+ years of proven Project management track record.

In addition you have:

- Knowledge of Project management within a Product Development environment;
- Experience with PMBoK, Automotive SPICE or similar processes (e.g.TRL);
- IPMA certification is preffered;
- Very good people skills;
- Comfortable working in a professional, multidisciplinary and international environment;
- Ability to communicate in English and preferably Dutch both verbally and in writing;
- Cope well with stress and dynamic organization;
- Result oriented, strong analytic capabilities and excited to learn.
