Jij brengt mee als:
- Commis Chef: jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden van ingrediënten, ondersteunen van senior chefs en staat open voor het leren van alle (basis) kooktechnieken.
- Demi chef: jij ondersteunt de Chef de Partie bij het bereiden en opmaken van gerechten binnen een specifieke keukenpost. Je zorgt voor een consistente kwaliteit en helpt bij de dagelijkse mise-en-place en schoonmaak van de werkplek.
- Chef de partie: jij bent verantwoordelijk voor een specifieke sectie van de keuken, zoals sauzen, vlees, vis of patisserie. Jij plant en bereidt gerechten binnen jouw post, stuurt assistenten aan en bewaakt de kwaliteit en hygiëne.
- Sous chef: Jij valt in de tweede rang na de Head Chef. Jij coördineert de dagelijkse keukenactiviteiten, ondersteunt bij menuplanning en training van personeel, en waarborgt kwaliteit, efficiëntie en naleving van hygiënenormen.
