We’re expanding a professional team of 30+ skilled mechanics who refurbish premium brands (VanMoof, Cowboy, Gazelle, Stromer, Riese & Müller, Specialized, Canyon ) to the highest standards in the industry. **The best part of this role?** You’ll **never have to deal with a customer in person**, answer calls, explain prices, or handle complaints. **No sales pressure**, no waiting at the counter, no weekend shifts for “just one more pickup.” **Just** **pure workshop focus**: diagnosing, repairing, and perfecting e-bikes with the best tools and expertise. **Your Role** You’ll have your own modern and newly ordered workstation and full responsibility for the e-bikes in your care: - Complete diagnosis, repair, and upgrades on a wide range of **e-bikes** (city, cargo, trekking, S-pedelec, MTB) - Select the right parts, perform software updates, and carry out thorough final quality checks - Contribute your expertise to continuously improve our repair processes and tools - Collaborate with the team to maintain the highest safety and performance standards **What You Bring** - Proven experience as a bicycle mechanic, e-bike technician, two-wheel mechatronic, or similar mechanical trade - Strong diagnostic skills and a systematic, detail-oriented approach (important ) - Comfort with both mechanical and electronic systems (no need to be a software engineer - we’ll train you on the latest diagnostic tools) - Good working proficiency in English, Dutch is a plus but not needed - A positive, collaborative attitude and pride in your workmanship "Career-changer" with solid hands-on experience are very welcome - passion and skill outweigh formal certificates. **What We Offer** - Competitive fixed monthly salary with regular increases based on performance - Monday-Friday schedule, 8-hour day shifts - **weekends always free**: - State-of-the-art workshop: electric lifts, climate control, full professional tool set (Wera, Park Tool, Bosch/Shimano diagnostics) - Unmatched variety - work on virtually every premium e-bike brand on the market - Clear career path: performance reviews every 6 months with real promotion opportunities (Lead Mechanic, Workshop Supervisor, or beyond) - A supportive, international team that celebrates successes together - regular team events - The chance to build a career and become one of Europe’s top e-bike specialists while contributing to a greener planet **Who We’re Looking For** We hire for attitude and potential.
