**Responsibilities**:
- Coordination of month end close process
- Coordination of the compliance requirements of the Netherlands entities, including but not limited to; financial statement preparation and filing, tax return preparation and filing, monthly management reporting and Dutch Central Bank reporting.
- Review and support of royalty calculations and payments.
- Assist and coordinate cash flows, fx exposure, settlement of invoices, intercompany recharges and tax liabilities. Manage cash balances and identify surplus cash for efficient repatriation.
- Ensuring all legal and compliance obligations of the Dutch entities are met as shareholder of foreign subsidiaries.
- Assisting with legal entity simplification projects as needed.
- Responding to ad hoc queries from HQ and the other business in the Netherlands, including coordinating information flows with external advisors and/or the DTA.
- Building strong relationships with external service providers, the DTA as well as finance, tax, legal and treasury at HQ.
- Maintaining a detailed task list to ensure all compliance requirements and projects are completed on a timely basis and to the highest quality standards.
**Job Requirements**:
- CPA or CMA or ACCA designations preferred
- 5+ years of working experience **in the Netherlands.**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English and Chinese.**
- Ability to project manage multiple priorities and responsibilities and meet deadlines
- IT literate with preferable knowledge of MS Office,
- Accurate, good analytical skills, team player, strong sense of responsibility
- Highly organized with ability to prioritize
