YOUAs our Commercial Business Analyst EECM License you will support Commercial teams in all dimensions of the business to enable business decision making. You will bring finance expertise to cross-functional teams. You will manage a good balance between growing topline and protecting financial assets. You will develop Business Knowledge to bring high value, as well as managing fast paced and simultaneous projects, in a constant changing business in a multi-cultural environment.YOUR ROLE**License Business Partner support**

Integrated Business Planning (IBP) License (Month):

- Support the Monthly Demand Reviews from the Finance Business partnering side to drive relevant commercial actions
- Prepare robust & accurate Rolling forecast in alignment with relevant FBP leads & support to deliver longer term IBP needs
- Coordinate with Customer operations on monthly order tracking to prepare mid-month / landing forecast along with variance analysis
- Manage end to end pricing support (templates, calculation, upload into K2 etc.) for License markets
- Ad Hoc Support: Preparation of innovation business cases, value chain, contract negotiation, documentation of tasks & data requests needs

**Month end Close**
- Prepare accurate month end journals & Balance sheet tracking for key License markets on rebates/royalty/price catchup in alignment with relevant FBP leads.
- Analyze actual P&L by market/customer/brand, prepare monthly results deck to give insights on variance analysis against budget/forecast using Volume, Price & Mix analysis to support business decision making.

**Drive Standardization & Simplification to unlock Efficiency**
- Prepare common aligned templates (forecast, budget, month end journals, SKU Pricing) across License to unlock further efficiency v current ways of working using **Advanced Excel skills**:

- Actively identify opportunities to simplify/improve/automate v current ways of working

- Solid experience in Controlling, Commercial finance, Audit / Accounting
- Ideally experience in fast-paced, international consumer good companies
