Since September 2023, Enactus and Resolution Project - a nonprofit organization headquartered in New York City with an office in the Netherlands (Stichting Resolution) - have engaged in a strategic partnership to amplify the impact of their complementary programs. We see the spark of passion in young people and work with them to build this passion into a lifetime of impact. They have the energy, idealism, and ambition to address complex challenges; they do not need decades of experience to make a difference in the world. But they do need a community that invests and believes in their leadership. Resolution and Enactus provide this support to young leaders around the world so they can break barriers and ignite meaningful change.

- **Reporting To**: Director of Programs, Enactus Global
- **Expected Start Date**: 2nd of June 2025
The **Program Manager, Enactus Global** will play a key role in strengthening and supporting Enactus’ network of program staff worldwide. This role is focused on three main areas:
- **Network Program Staff Engagement** - Building a network of engaged program staff across Enactus countries, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- **Building Knowledge Sharing Platforms** - Creating and managing platforms to increase network-wide learning and support country capacity building. Implementing an Enactus Network Data Management System.
- **Enactus Events ( Enactus World Cup (EWC) competition & Network Leadership Summit)** - Supporting planning and execution of major annual Enactus events (1,500+ attendees at EWC), ensuring high-quality delivery and stakeholder engagement.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**1. Network Program Staff Engagement**
- Develop and strengthen a community of Enactus program staff across 34+ countries.
- Facilitate regular connections between country program staff to share best practices, innovations, and strategies and develop new opportunities for programmatic collaboration.
- Support collaboration and co-creation between network program managers, building strong personal and organizational relationships.
- Identify and analyze trends in country programming to support network-wide improvements.
- Maintain an ongoing knowledge base of country program operations and needs to inform global strategies.
**2. Building Knowledge Sharing Platforms**
- Establish digital platforms for sharing best practices, data and innovative program models across the Enactus network.
- Support data collection and analysis to inform impact, programmatic decisions and country capacity-building efforts.
- Work closely with country offices to identify learning opportunities and scale impactful practices.
- Drive the development and utilization, in close collaboration with external consultants, of digital tools such as Airtable and Google Workforce, ensuring seamless automation, integration, and knowledge-sharing across the network.
- Quickly learn and leverage new tools, maximizing opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and data accessibility.
- Engage with multiple stakeholders to co-create and develop these platforms, ensuring alignment with country needs and global objectives.
**3. Enactus Events (Enactus World Cup & Network Leadership Summit)**
- Support event planning, logistics, and execution to ensure seamless operations.
- Lead planning calls, EWC functional teams and contribute creatively.
- Collaborate with host country partners, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and key deliverables for event components, in close collaboration with the host country and our finance team.
- Align Enactus events with the organization’s mission and strategic priorities.
- Serve as a liaison between Enactus Global and host country teams to ensure successful delivery.
