(Sr.) Professional Job Netherlands, Delft Corporate Functions Netherlands As an IT Business Partner, you manage the IT requests and projects in the domains of HR and Finance at Exact. Recently we started a new exciting program concerning the heart of Exact’s finance you can contribute to. You work closely with the Product owner and the Key Users of the HR and Finance domains to coordinate what the possibilities are, how to improve and what must be the priority of those improvements. **This = the job you are looking for**: Involving stakeholders, you challenge the Product Owner to produce clear and smart user stories that comply with the enterprise architecture, information policy and security of Exact. As an IT Business partner, you have added value for the responsible domain but also act in the interest of the IT department. **Essential responsibilities**: - Be a sparring partner for IT in the HR and Finance domains and make sure that the translation of business requirements into projects/ demands and user stories are Lean, timely, efficient, and effective. - Be the linking pin between business domains and IT. Represent your business domain at IT and represent IT within your business domains. - Monitor progress and implementation of demands and improvements. - Manage projects and portfolio in the domain. - Relationship and Stakeholder Management in business, information management and provisioning **This = what you bring**: - At least 7 years of IT experience, knowledge and understanding of IT within a software company. - 3-5 years of project management experience in a dynamic environment - A good communicator, both written and verbal, can communicate effectively with business and IT colleagues. - Balanced, both in the interest of the domain and the interest of the IT department. - You have a positive and critical attitude.
