About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented _Operations Administrator (Marine Fuel) _to join our dedicated bunker team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of marine fuel to our clients. Your expertise will help us maintain our high standards of operational support and documentation management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately entering deals and worksheets into our systems.
- Coordinating with suppliers and vessel agents to manage bunker operations.
- Ensuring timely and efficient fuel deliveries for our customers.
- Reporting supply schedules to our internal customer teams.
- Identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.
- Managing contracts and ensuring all documentation is received promptly.
- Collaborating with internal finance departments to obtain necessary invoicing documents.
- Collecting VAT declarations and processing incoming mail.
