Projectmanager Payroll

For an international organisation in transition, I am looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record at the intersection of Payroll, HR-IT, and system integration. In this assignment, you will lead the international rollout of ADP. You'll engage with a wide range of stakeholders, maintain control over the full trajectory, and confidently position yourself within a complex and dynamic environment.

**Tasks**
- Lead the integration of Oracle HCM with ADP across multiple EMEA countries
- Manage design, build, test, go-live and post-go-live support phases
- Coordinate with local teams, IT, Oracle and ADP specialists
- Manage risks, issues, planning and project progress
- Operate effectively in an international setting with attention to compliance and change

**Profile**
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager in international HR/IT implementations
- Familiarity with payroll systems and integrations (preferably ADP and Oracle HCM)
- Hands-on, strong communicator, and comfortable liaising across all organisational levels
- Experienced with international HR/payroll complexity and cultural dynamics
- Confident, decisive, and able to safeguard project momentum with vision and authority
