ASSISTANT MANAGER, DIGITAL - MAX FACTOR
**Location**: Amsterdam

In this newly created role, the Assistant Digital Manager will contribute to shaping our social media and engagement programs across all our global channels.
This is a great time to make an impact accelerating our Global digital content and social strategy, developing MaxFactor global content calendar and toolkits, and translating the brand voice into meaningful social interactions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Assistant Digital Manager you are responsible for contributing heavily on day to day management of our social platforms via community management and content distribution.

**Your main focus**:
Support development of social media content calendars, providing impactful and engaging copy as well as image and video content.
Execute day-to-day operations on the brand’s social media platforms, specifically always-on community management responding to comments and consumer questions in a timely fashion.
Maintain measurement and reporting against key KPIs. Identify and implement opportunities to build community and optimize brand performance against key metrics such as response rate and brand sentiment.
Collaborate with Integrated Marketing, Brand Marketing, E-Commerce and other cross-functional partners to execute standout programming in social, ensure brand consistency and remain up to date on brand portfolio products and new launches.

The team consists of the Senior Digital Manager and you will work closely together with several departments such as Brand Marketing, Influencer Marketing, PR, Creative and external partners.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to think creatively leveraging best practices, are capable of flexing to adjust to changes in priorities and have a strong interest for content creation.
As an Assistant Digital Manager you will have the ability to animate a consistent brand tone of voice and moderate online conversations with ease.
You will feel energised from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment.

**Other than that, you have**:
2+ yrs experience in a similar role in corporate or agency setup
Bachelor’s Degree in a Marketing or Business-related degree
Hands on admin experience with all major social media platforms, including TikTok.
Deep understanding of the social media landscape globally. On the pulse of platform, digital innovation and content trends.
Previous experience with Sprinklr or other Social Management tools is a plus. Fluency in English - Written and Oral
