Assistant Manager Digital Analytics

- Key Responsibilities:

- Process Automation: Design and implement automated workflows to streamline data processes.
- ETL Development: Migrate Excel-based solutions into efficient ETL pipelines using Python.
- BI Front-End Development: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or similar tools.
- Lakehouse Integration: Work with Lakehouse-based platforms such as Databricks to enable seamless data integration and analysis.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Data Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency of data across systems.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Technical Skills:

- High proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and automation.
- Hands-on experience with ETL processes and workflows.
- Expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI or similar (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- Familiarity with Databricks or other Lakehouse platforms is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering practical, scalable solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Fluent in English.

- EU e-commerce teams (Buying, Planning and Trading / Digital Visual Merchandising / Growth / Finance / Analytics)
- EU market teams (Business Development, Retail, Wholesale, Key Accounts)
- Global Digital Analytics
- Global and EU Data and Analytics
- Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

- University degree in the field of Business, Finance, Engineering or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in Analytics (preferably with a focus on ETL, automation and Python).
- Experience in eCommerce/retail environment is a plus.
