**Functiebeschrijving**: Voor het UMCG geboortecohort Lifelines NEXT zoeken we een gestructureerde research analist. Het cohort heeft bij 1450 moeders, hun kinderen en partner gestructureerd data en lichaamsmateriaal van deelnemers verzameld voor wetenschappelijk onderzoek. Als research analist ben je verantwoordelijk voor de lange termijn opslag van de afgenomen monsters. Hierbij registreer je binnengekomen monsters in het sample registratie systeem, zorg je dat monsters op de juiste plek worden opgeslagen en draag je monsters over aan de Centrale Vriezer Faciliteit.
**Wat vragen wij**:

- Je hebt een MBO-opleiding, bij voorkeur een biomedische afstudeerrichting.
- Je hebt affiniteit met grote aantallen monsters en kunt goed overzicht houden.
- Je werkt zorgvuldig en gestructureerd.
- Je hebt een flexibele werkhouding.
- Je bent resultaatgericht.
- Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.
- Je werkt in overeenstemming met de kwaliteitseisen.

**Wat bieden wij**:
Je krijgt een arbeidsovereenkomst van 36 uur per week voor zes maanden. Je salaris bedraagt maximaal € 3.411;
- bruto per maand (schaal 5), afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring en op basis van een fulltime dienstverband. Daarnaast bieden wij je 8% vakantietoeslag, 8,3% eindejaarsuitkering en een pensioenopbouw bij het ABP, waarbij 70% van de premie door ons wordt vergoed. De arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn conform de CAO Universitair Medische Centra (CAO-UMC).
