Production Employee/operator

**What you'll be doing**: As a production employee, you will contribute to the production of paperpots—biodegradable pots used by growers for potted plants, bedding plants, vegetable plants, or trees. Your role will involve overseeing the production process, ensuring that machines are properly set to meet customer specifications, such as the diameter of the pots. You'll monitor the process to ensure everything runs smoothly, making adjustments as needed. Once the pots are produced, you will stack them on a cart and place the cart in the designated area. The workday starts early, beginning at 6:00 am and typically ending around 5:00 pm.
**You'll receive**:
- Salary of 14.06 eu/hour

**Where you'll work**: The company you'll be working for specializes in producing paperpots—biodegradable and organic pots used in the cultivation of potted plants. These pots are tailored to meet the specific needs of customers, including details such as the size of the pot and the diameter of the hole where growers plant seeds. The production process is carried out using 12 specialized machines. The company prides itself on maintaining a down-to-earth and approachable atmosphere. Employees work in a friendly and collaborative environment, and the founder is often present on the working floor, actively engaging with the team.
