Program Manager

As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in orchestrating and overseeing strategic programs that align with our vision. Reporting to the Lead Portfolio & Program Management, you will act as the connective tissue between Product Owners (POs), commercial and operational stakeholders, and leadership. This role goes beyond managing individual tech or non-tech projects—it’s about driving the success of multi-quarter initiatives while ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.

**Your impact**
- **Strategic Program Leadership**:

- Define, track, and report on strategic initiative OKRs that align with Sunweb Group's strategy.
- Coordinate milestones across cross-functional teams, ensuring the timely delivery of multi-quarter strategic programs.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineers to refine epic overviews and rolling forecasts for upcoming quarters.
- ** Stakeholder Management & Decision Support**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for program updates, providing concise, transparent reporting to senior leadership and escalating issues to the right stakeholders at the right time.
- Influence decision-making through value-driven prioritization and by facilitating portfolio discussions that balance long-term vision with short-term deliverables.
- Support the setup and continuous improvement of systems and processes for effective program reporting and management.
- ** Execution & Delivery Oversight**:

- Identify and resolve program-level impediments, ensuring alignment between technical and non-technical streams of work.
- Work closely with finance and initiative owners to track budgets, manage risks, and ensure program objectives are achieved.
- Represent the needs of various initiatives, ensuring that resources are effectively allocated, and program impacts on the product roadmap are considered.

- A results-driven, proactive mindset with excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience balancing tech and non-tech initiatives while working with tools like Jira Cloud (a strong plus).
- A critical but flexible approach, challenging the vision while remaining adaptable to details and evolving priorities.
