**About the Role**

As a Program Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of strategic, high-impact programs that support our global business objectives. You will serve as the key interface for major customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery, seamless execution, and long-term partnership success. This role blends program leadership, operational excellence, and proactive customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main point of contact for key customers, conducting regular reviews and driving continuous improvement;
- Lead onboarding and adoption of logistics solutions aligned with client goals;
- Translate customer requirements into actionable deliverables and service enhancements;
- Design and maintain BI reporting frameworks to track performance and identify optimization opportunities;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive operational improvements;
- Develop and manage program plans covering scope, budget, risks, and resources.
- Standardize project management methodologies for consistent execution.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field;
- 10+ years of experience in program or PMO management with a strong customer-facing focus;
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives;
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus;
- Experience in international logistics or supply chain preferred;
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is an advantage;
- Willingness to relocate to Shanghai.
