With the upcoming implementation of a new ERP tool, "Microsoft Dynamics 365," by April 2025, this is an exciting time to join us We value proactive thinkers who can provide insights based on data, collaborate with colleagues across Europe (UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, and the Netherlands), and help optimize our processes. If you enjoy identifying risks and implementing smart solutions, this could be the perfect role for you Location: Schiphol office Working hours: 36-40 hours per week **Your key responsibilities**: - Accounts receivable - collection by mail and by phone - Accounts payable - booking invoices - Approving payment requests - Preparation of banks booking - Preparation of necessary journal entries - Interface: month-closing (AP & AR) - Intercompany reconciliation - Possible future tasks: - Prepare VAT declaration - Monthly settlements for several intercompany offices (AP & AR) - GL analysis - Bad Debt **What makes you a great fit?** - You live in NL and have working experience in NL - At least 3 years of experience in an accounting department - A positive team player with a hands-on mentality and a good sense of humor - Excellent knowledge in Excel (minimum VLOOKUP, pivot, sumifs) - Power BI is a big plus - Fluent in English (written and spoken) - A degree in Accounting - Available for 36-40 hours per week **What’s in It for You?** Competitive salary: €2,800 - €3500 per month, depending on the experience and knowledge 8% holiday allowance and 25 vacation days Hybrid work model: 1-2 day per week from home after probation A company laptop A global, multicultural work environment Great coffee and amazing colleagues **Important Notes**: **No work permit support** **No contact from recruitment agency** **About us** At LOGISTEED Europe B.V., we've been creating smart logistics solutions in Europe since 1989, starting with our very first facility in Germany.
