We are expanding our online presence and are looking for an E-Commerce Intern for 4 to 6 months to help us deliver an exceptional digital shopping experience while providing outstanding support to our customers

**Your responsibilities include**:
The Wandler team is closely knit, hard-working, and enthusiastic. As an Intern, you will work closely together with the whole group and be incorporated as a valuable member of the team.
**E-commerce Support**:

- Assist with the day-to-day management of our e-commerce platform, ensuring product listings are accurate, engaging, and optimized.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and monitor digital campaigns, promotions, and sales strategies.
- Help track and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior to suggest improvements.
- Support inventory management and order fulfillment processes to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Work on enhancing product photography, descriptions, and SEO to drive visibility and sales.
- Research e-commerce trends and competitors to propose innovative ideas for growth.

**Customer Care**:

- Resolve order issues, including exchanges, returns, and tracking updates, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update a customer FAQ or knowledge base to streamline support.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products or services.
- Provide personalized recommendations to customers, reflecting a deep understanding of our product range.

**Your profile should include the following skills**:

- Actively studying a HBO study in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (you must be a student in order to apply)
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is an advantage.
- A problem-solving attitude in customer interactions.
- Passion for fashion, retail, or bags is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
