**To keep up with and to accelerate growth, The Regulatory Company (TRC) is seeking a Marketing & Sales Assistant in the very short term**. **Our client base spans the globe. We offer flexible working hours, competitive compensation and clear growth opportunities.** The Marketing & Sales function is considered key in the further development and growth of The Regulatory Company’s **two key products: Consultancy Services and PRIMS Compliance Software.** **The Marketing & Sales Assistant will manage the online and offline presence of the company and its products, generate leads, convert leads to clients, and hand-over to a Regulatory Project Manager team-member.** Once a client, you remain the clients’ contact person for all non-expert related matters, where appropriate support the expert team-member to best service the client, and **potentially upsell additional services**. The Marketing & Sales Assistant will take over the tasks from the Director Business Development and Finance, and add marketing and sales expertise. The Marketing & Sales function must be taken to a higher level, where needed with 3rd party services and support. Over time, after clear personal contribution and continued company growth, you will have increasing responsibilities. We are looking for a hands-on, pro-active and dedicated professional with client empathy. Fluency in English, both in written and oral communication, is essential. Proven and relevant experience in the marketing and sales of complex (regulatory) services and/or software with a clear link to the tasks of this open position. Affinity with and interest in software/cloud solutions is important. Affinity with cosmetics, product formulations and technical aspects is appreciated. Appetite and energy to grow and improve TRC and PRIMS Compliance Software in the years ahead. We offer flexible working hours, competitive compensation and clear growth opportunities. **1.** **Purpose** The goal is to realise strong sustainable growth in Expert Consultancy Services and PRIMS Compliance Software. The USA is an important growth market. You will report to and gradually take over tasks and responsibilities from the Director Business Development and Finance to professionalise Marketing & Sales. We are convinced that we need to be clearly visible and relevant to our target clients in the offline and online space to successfully accelerate. Existing services, and new/improved services must become and stay relevant and top-of-mind with our existing clients and leads. We are not in a transactional business and we maintain long-term relationships/partnerships with our clients and contacts. Building long term relationships, trust and commitment is key to all our services, which should be clearly reflected in marketing and sales activities and content. **2.** **Tasks (to be determined by level of experience and expertise, and in the course of time)** - Organise and support online presence: e.g. websites including SEO optimisation, webinars, LinkedIn page and postings - Organise and support offline presence: e.g. conferences, international events such as in-cosmetics global 2025 in Amsterdam - Create and maintain online and offline marketing & sales materials - Bring leads to clients with the support of the Director Business Development and expert team-members through sharing information/sales materials, responding to questions, video-calls, online demonstrations, sending out and following-up on service agreements. - Contribute to teamwork, and improvement and optimisation in general **3.** **Qualifications** - College degree (Bachelor/Master) - Proven educational and successful working experience in Marketing & sales (>=4 years) - Preferably experience in the cosmetics and/or product compliance services sector - Office skills and tools: knowledgeable in the use of Sales & Marketing tools, and quick to learn and to adopt to the use of various tools such as Office 365 (Excel, Word, PPT, Teams), Apple hard - and software, Teamleader, Dropbox, Webflow - English, fluent in both writing and speaking - Other languages, fluent in both writing and speaking are appreciated **4.** **Personal characteristics** - Is culturally aware, has client empathy, and is solution oriented - Has a proactive way of working and communicating - Has a personal drive to create and realise added value - Takes ownership, pragmatic and hands-on mentality - Is accurate and well organised with eye for detail within a big picture - Ability and drive to bring in new clients - Has affinity with and interest in software/cloud solutions - Eager to learn and improve skills - Loyal **5.** **Offer** - 32-40 hours a week - =3 days a week at the office in the Hague - Flexible working hours/days/holidays - Competitive compensation - Clear opportunities to grow in responsibilities, scope of work and compensation **Our company: The Regulatory Company | TRC** The Regulatory Company | TRC is a medium-sized and highly profe
