Als Manager Sustainability & Energy bij VTS Transport & Logistics rapporteer je direct aan de CFO en speel je een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van de naleving van de Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en beheren van een duurzaam en toekomstbestendig energiebeheerbeleid, met als doel een emissievrije operatie te realiseren. Dit omvat o.a. de elektrificatie van ons wagenpark en de integratie van alternatieve, milieuvriendelijke brandstoffen. Je optimaliseert het energiegebruik, anticipeert op netcongestie en zet installaties efficiënt in om de energie-efficiëntie te maximaliseren. Bij al deze initiatieven houd je rekening met de financiële haalbaarheid en rentabiliteit, terwijl je de organisatie voorbereidt op veranderende regelgeving zoals de CSRD. Je rapporteert transparant over duurzaamheidsprestaties en werkt nauw samen met interne en externe stakeholders om onze duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen te bereiken.
