**What you’ll be doing**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the development & execution of the Benelux marketing & sales strategy.
- Monitor Lavazza market and business performance (incl. Nielsen, GfK, internal financial & sales metrics). You will develop and frequently update market & sales performance dashboards to be shared internally and with distributors and presented in business meetings.
- To support the Benelux marketing & strategy manager with ad-hoc analysis as input for strategy definition, optimizing the marketing and sales execution and brand P&L optimization.
- To be the owner of the retail and e-commerce trade-marketing plan building & execution. You will develop and roll-out the in-store visibility in coordination with Lavazza HQ and our retail distributors.
- To prepare retail category analysis and develop compelling selling stories & presentations to be presented to retailers.
- To manage the NPD and re-launch process for the retail and foodservice channel: from defining the business case to building the proper marketing & sales support and monitoring the sales & market performance.
- To take ownership of the digital communication planning and execution for both B2C and B2B foodservice. This includes the management of our digital & social platforms and to develop and execute digital campaigns in close collaboration with your HQ colleagues in Turin, the digital marketing team at our foodservice distributor and external social/digital agencies.
- Work closely with our distributors to ensure flawless execution of the trade-marketing plans and share insights and recommendations to build together the Lavazza retail business.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners in the Benelux and Italian Headquarters in Turin.

**Job Specifications/Qualifications**
- Bachelor/WO Master degree, ideally Marketing or related business field
- Min. 5 years FMCG work experience in a trade-marketing, sales and/or marketing with a strong analytical foot print
- Strong analytical skills are a must-have: demonstrated ability to translate data into insights and actionable plans
- Positivity, grit, entrepreneurial spirit
- Solution-oriented team player, good cultural sensitivity
- Language skills: fluency in English and Dutch
