- We play a leading role in driving the energy transition. We are looking for a pro-active and results-oriented HSE Systems and Tooling advisor at our location Arnhem to further strengthen the HSE-ES-SS team.
- The Corporate HSE strategy department (HSE-ST) will from 1 January 2025 continue to be responsible for a clear TenneT policy, strategy and performance review on Occupational Health, Safety and Environment in both TenneT the Netherlands and TenneT Germany. The HSE-ST department in the Netherlands comprises of the strategy and standards (HSE-ST-SS) and engineering and services (HSE-ST-ES) teams providing the strategy, system and operational support to the operational HSE departments and all business units in TenneT.

**Your contribution to TenneT**:
**In the function of HSE **Systems and Tooling** Advisor, you will be responsible to**:

- Perform the functional ownership together with BTO (IT department) of all HSE systems and tooling.
- Lead and perform the implementation and maintenance (updates) of HSE systems and tooling solutions.
- Further develop and improve the systems and tooling approach within HSE.
- Collaborate with HSE content owners on systems and tooling needs and requirements.
- Guide HSE content owners on latest developments in HSE systems and tooling.
- Manage and lead change management for HSE systems and tooling within HSE and where applicable in other business units.
- Support the procurement process for HSE Systems and Tooling.
- Engage and collaborate with all HSE teams, other TenneT business units and various external service/product providers.
- Support and help ensure TenneT and HSE can achieve our Zero Harm vision.

**Your profile and background**:
**W**h**at **do we expect from you**?**
- You have proficiency in software languages.
- You have an HBO/WO qualification in engineering, - science or - software programming.
- You are a working professional and have a passion for HSE or HSE related topics.
- You show independence, initiative, and the ability to work in a team. This is for you just as natural as strong communication skills and very good English skills.
- You are willing to travel within the Netherlands and to Germany when needed.

**This will be our challenge**:

- The department Health, Safety and Environment ensures and supports HSE compliance for the units Grid Field Operations and Large Projects based on TenneT guidelines and principles. Furthermore, the team supports establishing a top class safety culture and environment in which it is possible for everyone to go home safe every day.**Additional information**:

- Preferred start date: 1 February 2025
- The weekly working time is 32-40 hours
- Type of contract is indefinite
