Your Impact:
As our European Head of Planning, you will lead and evolve ICL’s regional planning strategy to align with business growth and customer demand. This senior leadership role oversees demand planning, supply and inventory planning, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). You’ll drive performance, efficiency, and strategic alignment across our European operations, empowering teams and ensuring cross-functional collaboration.

You’ll report directly to European Supply Chain Director and act as a key voice in shaping the future of ICL’s supply chain network across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and grow a team of supply chain professionals across Europe.
- S&OP Leadership: Own and evolve the S&OP process. Conduct and facilitate market-level and regional supply/demand reviews, escalations, and scenario planning.
- Demand Planning: Develop accurate demand forecasts in collaboration with commercial, finance, marketing, and operational teams using statistical models and product lifecycle insights.
- Supply Planning: Align supply plans with production capacity across manufacturing sites and third-party partners to meet forecasted demand.
- Inventory Management: Optimize stock levels to reduce costs and prevent stockouts using DRP and advanced forecasting tools.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Facilitate clear, structured communication across planning, operations, and commercial units.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify supply chain risks, optimize KPI performance, and lead data-driven improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., APICS, CPIM) a plus.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior supply chain leadership role, ideally within a diverse manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional planning teams and improving supply chain performance through S&OP and advanced planning tools.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic decision-making capabilities.
