**What to Expect**

The Demand Planning Manager, EMEA Service Parts role is leading the team that is responsible for forecasting the Aftersales Service demand across EMEA. The team works closely with stakeholders in Material Planning, New Product Introduction (NPI), Inventory Planning, Service and supporting Engineering and PM teams to generate forecasts for the wide product assortment that we support in Service across Tesla’s model lineup.

The role is embedded into the larger Service Parts Planning team and responsibilities of the Demand Planning team aside from owning the forecast for Service parts include hosting the Service Parts S&OP and orchestrating org-wide projects based on recommendations derived from the demand forecast.

**What You'll Do**
- Lead the team in generating and maintaining demand forecasts for Service parts across EMEA
- Define technical vision and roadmap for the team and set joint strategy together with Inventory Planning
- Guide design and implementation of forecasting systems and define requirements for partner teams in IT and Service
- Communicate demand forecast and analyses clearly to stakeholders and leadership

**What You'll Bring**
- +8-years of experience in Supply Chain and at least +2-years previous experience in a management position
- Degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Econometrics, Supply Chain or similar fields preferred
- Previous experience driving complex technical and analytical projects, ideally in a forecasting or Supply Chain context
- Hands-on experience building and coding, preferably in Python and high proficiency with SQL and databases
- Effective communication skills for both, low-level technical details as well as high-level strategies
- Continuous improvement & growth mindset. Strong intellectual curiosity, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
