**What to Expect**

Tesla is looking to hire an enthusiastic and experienced Analytics Manager to lead the Service and Parts Analytics Team in EMEA. This team is a part of the centralized EMEA Business Analytics Team focused on generating knowledge for the business to drive the decision-making process, manage performance and increase efficiency.

The Analytics Manager will be a partner to the Service and Logistics & Distribution Leadership in EMEA, responsible for developing data products (reports, dashboards, data deep-dives, predictive analytics, etc.) Based on the business priorities, they will define the necessary database developments and cooperate with the Data Engineering team to further improve the database structure and composition. This is a ‘People Manager’ role, which means that the manager will be developing a team of data analysts.

**What You'll Do**
- Build a strong team of data analysts and drive their performance
- Communicate effectively with the senior management to identify and address areas for improvement
- Develop detailed reporting for the management team, providing visibility into performance against key business objectives
- Manipulate and interpret large datasets to deliver actionable insights to the management
- Ensure consistency, reliability and, quality of all standard reporting deliverables
- Develop new tools to promote productivity and efficiency utilizing Tableau, SQL, Python and Tesla in-house reporting tools

**What You'll Bring**
- Experience in a Lead Analyst/Manager role supervising a team of analysts
- Solid experience in Business/Data Analytics with focus on Delivery/Logistics/Business Planning
- Technical background in Information Management, Data Analytics or Data Science
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Python/R
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Highly collaborative and team-oriented, while also able to work independently
- Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and work on multiple tasks and projects at once
- Excellent quantitative skills and a deep understanding of statistical methods with an ability to inspire confidence in data-driven decision making
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
