Introduction

To maintain and improve the European CRM system for our Sales and Service processes, Shimano is looking for a CRM Support Specialist.
This position is part of the E-Business team within the Commercial Operations department. Together with our colleagues in Sales Operations and Brand Coordination we provide a variety of shared services aimed at enabling our 20+ local offices across Europe to run as efficiently and productively as possible.
In this role you will be working closely with (local) Business teams, the global head office in Japan, related Systems teams, and Technology Services. The aim is to provide the best experience for the users of the CRM Salesforce platform.
Your focus will be to help maintain and troubleshoot the CRM system and improve the user experience, ensuring it is used to its full potential by the local European offices.

The Challenge
- Provide second-line support to users of the Salesforce CRM Platform for our European Sales offices
- Manage incidents and follow up with required actions such as business process configuration and bug fixes
- Perform Business Analysis related to requests and issues and advise the Product Owner on possible solutions
- Keep in direct contact with the 3rd parties performing maintenance and development
- Create and maintain functional documentation and visualize processes
- Create reports to help take data driven decisions
- Seek out process improvements pro-actively, propose and pursue them
- Participate in projects, such as the implementation of new features and tools

What are we looking for?
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years of experience in functional system maintenance or similar, preferably in an international B2B environment
- Customer & result oriented with a proactive attitude
- You feel comfortable in a dynamic, international environment and are a self-starter and team player
- Analytical and Data-driven: Base your proposals on facts rather than opinions
- You are accurate and have an eye for detail
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Working knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
- Knowledge of and certification in Salesforce (such as Salesforce Administrator) is a plus
