**Job Summary**:
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Review and ensure complete and accurate preparation of monthly account reconciliations including but not limited to Cash, Investments, Prepaid and other assets, PP&E, AP, Accruals and other liabilities, Opex and intercompany transactions.
- Lead international accounting and participate in the world-wide consolidation process.
- Coordinate with various business partners to obtain required internal financial reporting information and develop improvements to the reporting process
- Work with the accounting team on continuous optimization of the reporting process to streamline and shorten the month end closes
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures, ensure they are in accordance with GAAP and adhered to in practice
- Design, implement and maintain accounting and system controls to ensure compliance with SOX 404
- Lead cross functional projects as requested including design of end-to-end processes, working with IT to test and implement systems
- Support business and department goals and initiatives as needed
- Couch a small team of experienced accountants

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent.
- CPA required, MBA preferred
- Experience with a fast growing high-tech or hardware manufacturing company is preferred
- Previous auditing experience with a Big 4 or Regional public accounting firm is preferred
- Previous SOX experience highly valued
- Superior working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience highly valued).
- Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with “can do” attitude and ability to multi-task while performing a variety of complex tasks
