**Location**: ClinkNOORD Hostel, Amsterdam Nord
**Employment Type**: Full Time: 5 days (38 hours) or Part Time: 4 days
**Full Time Salary**: €2252,68 bruto per month plus 8% holiday allowance

**Role Snapshot**:As a Reception/Café Team Member, you'll be at the forefront of our guests' experience, welcoming them to the hostel and ensuring they have an unforgettable stay. Supported by the Front Office Manager and Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, assisting with check-in/check-out, answering guest queries, and supporting operations in our café and social spaces. Whether you're serving up delicious food and drinks or sharing insider tips about Amsterdam, your role will be crucial in creating lasting memories for our guests.
