Job Description

As part of our café team you will work in a welcoming Nordic café environment, integrated in our store, where you never lose focus on quality, service and providing our guests with an experience they will remember. Putting the guest first and being flexible comes naturally for you. You and your team will be responsible for creating a warm and inspiring café environment together with a unique local service culture. Your role is essential in creating welcoming experiences that showcase the best of our brand.  

You'll have the opportunity to provide customer with high-level service at every turn. From welcoming and actively attending to the customer every need in a warm and genuine way. Your responsibilities include provide quality beverage and food products at a consistently high standard, you promote the culture, values and concept of the café as a whole. You contribute to the daily operation of the café in store. 

While previous experience in customer service in food and beverage industry are nice to have, they're not mandatory.

  • Customer-focused; you have a genuine interest in getting to know our customers and offering an experience and level of service to match their expectations  
  • Proactive; you use your initiative to provide customers with a memorable café experience 
  • Curious; you seek opportunities to improve everyday processes and routines and take proactive action where needed

  • You have good English language skills
