At Elewave, we transform wasted content like forgotten recordings, videos, and documents into valuable, actionable micro-learning delivered directly in Slack. Our zero-waste learning method leverages AI to distill lengthy meetings into concise lessons with quizzes and tracking, making learning continuous and in flow. Serving industries such as SaaS, healthcare, and finance, Elewave helps accelerate onboarding, enhance engagement, and foster stronger knowledge-sharing cultures.

The Role

We're looking for a full-time founding team member to lead marketing, community, and growth.

This is an early-stage role with significant ownership and responsibility — and for the right person, a clear pathway towards becoming a co-founder with equity.

Important: This role is equity/ownership-based at this stage. There is no salary yet. As Elewave grows and secures funding, compensation will include salary + equity.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute go-to-market strategy.
  • Lead outreach to HR, L&D, and innovation leaders.
  • Build Elewave's community presence online and offline.
  • Run growth experiments, measure traction, and iterate quickly.
  • Represent Elewave at events and in partner networks.

Who You Are

  • Entrepreneurial and proactive — thrives in early-stage environments.
  • Strong background in marketing, communications, growth, or business development (SaaS / HRTech / EdTech experience a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
  • Proficiency in conducting market research to identify opportunities
  • A natural connector — you enjoy building relationships and opening doors.
  • Resilient, ambitious, and willing to push
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; Dutch is a strong plus.
  • Based in the Netherlands.
