We're on the lookout for a vibrant and reliable individual to join our
Security Team
as
Hostel Team Member
In this role, you'll help us keep our hostel welcoming, safe, and full of good vibes - whether it's the middle of the day or the middle of the night.

This is a
full time role
, 5 out of 7 days per week and may be a mix of
day and night shifts
depending on availability and operational needs. You'll report into the Security Team Leader and Front of House Manager and play a key role in creating a safe and enjoyable environment for both guests and the team.

Security at Clink is all about ensuring that every guest feels secure, relaxed, and supported. Whether you're welcoming early arrivals, helping guests heading out to explore, or keeping an eye on things after hours, you're always there with a calm, friendly presence.

Your Tasks May Include

  • Being a visible and approachable presence around the hostel - reception, social spaces, the bar, hallways, and more
  • Supporting the reception team with check-ins, guest queries, and café service
  • Doing regular walkthroughs to manage noise levels and ensure guest safety
  • Monitoring outdoor areas and staying connected with your team via radio
  • Bringing a positive, can-do energy and making sure shift tasks are completed smoothly
