Quality Control Officer

Are you a technical all-rounder with a sharp eye for quality?
We’re looking for a Quality Control Officer for our assembly department. In this role, you’ll be responsible for inspecting all assembled products before they are shipped to the customer. You’re the final step in our quality assurance process — a role with real impact and responsibility.

Besides performing checks, you act as a go-to person: you support assembly employees with technical questions, help resolve issues, and provide feedback on errors. That way, you contribute not only to product quality but also to team development.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Performing quality checks on assembled lighting fixtures;
- Inspecting wiring, screws, connections, and light functionality;
- Identifying faults and communicating with assembly workers to prevent them;
- Acting as a technical point of contact within the team;
- Contributing ideas for quality improvements and process optimization;
- Helping with assembly during slower periods to stay in touch with the product.

This position requires technical knowledge, insight, and clear communication skills. You’ll work closely with the Assembly Team Leader and share responsibility for the six-eyes principle in our quality assurance system.

**Who you are**:

- You work accurately, independently, and take responsibility for quality;
- You have technical insight and can critically assess others' work;
- You know how to give constructive feedback and help colleagues improve;
- You are proactive and solution-oriented;
- You live within a 20 km radius of Eindhoven;
- You have sufficient command of Dutch and/or English;
- Experience with electrical engineering is a strong plus;
- Knowledge of using a multimeter, reading electrical diagrams, or working with machinery? Even better
