As Demand & Supply Planner you play a critical role in ensuring procurement processes and aligning purchases with sales to optimize our supply chain. You are a true team player withthe drive to succeed in our fast paced environment. ‍

**Some of your responsibilities**:

- Oversee the overall procurement process;
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders;
- Analyze sales trends to forecast demand and plan accordingly;
- Optimize procurement strategies;
- Manage inventory levels and stock rotation;
- Develop and implement new processes, tools and procedures;
- Lead the S&OP meetings;
- Manager invoicing processes;

You are an accurate, organized,and driven person. You take ownership. You function well in a team, making sure that process improvements are being implemented. You have a good eye for spotting problems and coming up with solutions for improvements. You are an excellent communicator. ‍

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**:

- You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain management,Procurement, or a related field;
- You have 3+ years of procurement, supply and demand planning experience, ideally in a FMCG environment;
- Knowledge of purchase, sales and supply chain operations;
- Knowledge of stock management and NPI;
- Finance-savvy,with knowledge of cash usage (payments, creditors/debtors);
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel;
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Nice to have: experience with containers and international SC;
- Nice to have: knowledge of ERP systems;
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
