**About the role**:
**Your responsibilities**:
Lead the S&OP process for a portfolio of brands, collaborating closely with Marketing and Sales to ensure accurate demand forecasts, high customer service levels, and optimized inventory performance.
- **S&OP Leadership**: Drive the Sales & Operations Planning process for assigned brands, ensuring alignment between commercial and operational teams.
- **Forecast Ownership**:Develop, maintain, and improve demand forecasts using statistical models and business intelligence from Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- **KPI Management**: Deliver on key metrics such as forecast accuracy and inventory health by implementing corrective actions when needed.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Prepare and lead S&OP meetings, reconcile forecast variances, and ensure transparency across stakeholders.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance forecast reliability and decision-making.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Demand Planning, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in statistical forecasting techniques.
- Proficiency in SAP/Kinaxis or similar planning tools and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across functions and levels.
- Fluent in English.
