**Job description**: **What will you be doing as a HRM Program manager** Organizational wide the SQUAD (Support QUAlity Drive) was started at TU/e and has now reached completion for the Human Resource Management (HRM) department. The SQUAD program was a TU/e wide program aimed at improving the quality of internal services. All support services go through this program at different times. The HRM department has gone through this complete program and is going to start the implementation. This implementation includes a multi-year change program in which an important role is reserved for "the basics in order", more efficiency by standardization of processes and standardization of services. The HRM Program Manager will play a key role, in making the changes we want to implement in the HRM department concrete and happening. The transformation plan describes our ambition to standardize our service with the purpose to be efficient and cost effective. Next to this we want to give a strong focus to several employee journeys, like onboarding and leadership. The purpose of this ambitious transformation plan is to provide our TU/e leaders and employees with solid HR service to allow them to give focus on their core activities and with that we create together a strong TU/e organization. As HRM Program Manager, you will drive and oversee the program's execution. You will manage the program daily, coordinating with project leaders and other stakeholders and with support of the core team. You take action to ensure the implementation stays on track. The HRM Management Team acts as the Steering Committee. You report and are accountable to the Steering Committee and the HRM Board. This board (also exciting of members of the Executive Committee) sets the strategic HR agenda and priorities. **About the Human Resource Management department** The Human Resources Management (HRM) department has over 115 colleagues and consists of three departments: HR Business, HR Operations and HR Development. The HR Business teams focuses on supporting people management in the faculties and services specifically through HR consulting and recruitment. The HR Development teams focus on policy-making, HR analytics, staff development support and project management. Within the HR Operations Department, in addition to the HR Services team, the following four other teams operate: Payroll Administration, Staff Immigration (work related to immigration procedures), Compliance, Compensation and Benefits, and Occupational Health, Safety, Environment & Radiation Protection. The HRM department has the ambition to be a solid HR department. We work with dedication on our tasks like realizing a smooth HR operations, talent attraction and HR advisory process, and on next to policy and projects like diversity and inclusion, well-being & social safety, talent, leadership, and career development. **Job requirements**: Are you excited about this challenge?
