Nice to meet you At Expat Management Group, we work daily with internationals (expats) and their employers to make the move to a new country as smooth as possible. We arrange visas and residence permits, and guide internationals (and any family members traveling with them) to the smoothest possible landing so that everyone feels at home as quickly as possible and can get off to a good start on their new challenge. We do this by helping them manage expectations, and explain the new homeland, customs, housing market, public transportation, schools, and much more. We also help them find (temporary and/or long-term) housing and make arrangements for bank accounts, BSN, registrations, and the like.

What will you do?

As an Business Relations intern, you will work closely with the Business Relations Manager. You will fully participate in shaping optimal relationships with our customers, prospects, and partners.

The tasks consist of:
**Trends**:

- Explore market trends for clients: research new Global & Mobility sector trends related to clients' needs

**Surveys and Evaluations**:

- Contribute to the implementation & coordination of evaluation/client surveys
- Work on client selection for the survey

**Business Relations Management**
- Assist in developing systems and templates for Business Relations Management
- Process customer data in CRM Hubspot, research the possibilities of the system and give advice for optimal use
- Participate in initiatives and actions to stimulate cooperation with clients and partners

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is interested in working in an international environment.

You are very structured & organised with an eye for detail, curious, open, pro-active, and a great team player, come & join us
- MBO level
- A relevant education, suitable for Business Administration
- Customer-oriented, proactive, accurate, and with an eye for detail
- Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Hubspot experience is a plus
- Good at keeping an overview and being able to switch quickly
- Driven, goal-oriented, and looking for a challenge
- Positive attitude, energetic approach, and independent
