AVer Information is looking for a **Sales Assistant** who can assist the sales team. The Sales Assistant position is an excellent start to an interesting career in sales.
**Tasks and responsibilities**:
- Preparing pricelists
- Answering the inquiries of customers
- Coordinate with customers daily inquiry
- Monitor and follow outbound shipments
- Follow up on overdue accounts receivable and inform account manager
- Follow up RMA process (reverse logistics)/ shipments
- Back up account manager when they are on business trip
- Handling open sales orders and accounts receivables-tracing.
**Profile**
- Must be self-motivated, quick learner, enthusiastic, professional, and have a positive attitude
- Organized and pro-active
- Proficiency in English and a second European language is considered as plus
- Knowledge of SAP
- Customer-focused, commercial, and communicative
- Bachelor level (Business administration or similar)
- Good MS Office skills especially good knowledge of Excel
- Living in or near Rotterdam.
