Maas Lawrence is a publishing house based in Rotterdam and Montreal. We make architecture and design books full of inspiring projects, resonating ideas, and beautiful images. We put architects and designers first, creating opportunities to share new ideas, to inspire, and to give room to a diversity of voices.

**Role**

For our Rotterdam office, Maas Lawrence is seeking a creative, proactive Growth Marketer to support and grow our presence across digital and physical channels. You will play a key role in executing our marketing strategy, enhancing brand visibility, and driving B2B sales.

**Responsibilities**
- Social Media Management: Own and manage our Instagram and LinkedIn accounts; develop engaging content and grow our online community.
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the head office to implement creative marketing initiatives including: ○ Partnerships with BookTok influencers
- Strategic brand collaborations
- Targeted outreach to concept stores and bookstores
- Sales & Market Research: Identify and research key concept stores and book retailers for potential B2B opportunities.
- Campaign Ideation: Develop online and offline campaign ideas to boost reach and engagement.
- Event Coordination: Plan, promote, and attend book launch events and activations in partnership with key venues.
- Press & PR: Draft compelling press releases and manage media outreach.
- B2B Sales Support: Actively contribute to B2B outreach and partner relationship management.

**Requirements**:

- An experienced marketing professional with a strong track record in digital and social media marketing
- A compelling social media portfolio (especially Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok)
- An eye for high-quality design, matching that of our branding and collaborators
- Located in the Netherlands, with flexibility to travel for events and meetings (Fluency in English is required, Dutch is a big plus)
- Experienced in influencer marketing; TikTok context is a plus
- Strong communication and copywriting skills, both for press and promotional content
- Familiarity and network within the lifestyle, publishing, or design industries are highly valued
