People & Culture Lead

As the People and Culture Lead at Salonized, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s future, directly impacting our culture, team development, and aligning HR strategies with our ambitious growth plans. Your hands-on approach and strategic mindset will foster a vibrant, inclusive workplace where everyone is empowered to contribute to our success.

**How you will have an impact**:
Team Leadership and Management:

- Leading the People and Culture team, overseeing Recruitment, HR Business Partners, and Office Management.
- Work closely with the leadership team to align People and Culture strategies with Salonized's business objectives, fostering organisational development and decision-making.
- Ensure that the People team is optimally organised to support the business efficiently and effectively

Scalable Foundation for company growth:

- Building a robust and scalable foundation for People and Culture to support company growth.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in People and Culture practices.
- Implementing automation of operational processes to increase efficiency.

Employee Experience Optimization:

- Managing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retention.
- Focusing on onboarding, professional development, and fostering team motivation.
- Driving initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and analysing feedback for continuous improvement.

Employer Branding and Alignment:

- Developing and executing an employer branding strategy to attract top talent.
- Lead by example in fostering an inclusive workplace where diversity is valued.
- Ensure that's Salonized's compensation and benefits package is attractive.

**You are a great fit if you have**:

- Proven experience in HR or People and Culture roles within a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
- Experience in a similar People and Culture leadership role, including experience with managing direct reports such as recruitment specialists, HR business partners, and office management staff.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and project management, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective HR strategies.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of labor legislation and best practices in HR management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certifications preferred.
