**De functie**:
Als **Office Manager/ Customer Service Representative** ben je het gezicht van Berlitz Maastricht. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning van de taaltrainingen van cursisten en schept orde in complexe planningsverzoeken.

Je bent in staat meerdere ballen in de lucht te houden en houdt van contact met mensen. Je ontvangt cursisten en docenten op de vestiging en staat voor hen klaar met vragen. Je werkt nauw samen met de sales medewerker op de vestiging Maastricht en de collega's van het CSR team in Amsterdam, Den Haag en Rotterdam. Vanwege het internationale karakter van cursisten, docenten en ook collega's in het team communiceer je veel in het Engels.

Berlitz Schools of Languages is met meer dan 145 jaar ervaring het langst bestaande internationale taalopleidingsinstituut ter wereld. Wereldwijd biedt Berlitz taaltrainingen, interculturele trainingen en business seminars aan zakenmensen, expats en hun partners maar ook particulieren. In Nederland zijn er 4 talencentra waar trainingen plaats vinden: Amsterdam, Den Haag, Rotterdam en Maastricht.

De organisatie van Berlitz Nederland is plat en de lijnen zijn kort. Berlitz Nederland is volop in verandering door implementatie van nieuwe systemen en processen.

**Functie-eisen**
- Klantgerichte instelling, gevoel voor excellente service, representatieve uitstraling, en proactieve aanpak
- Opleiding tenminste MBO 4 mét werkervaring of HBO/WO (starter)
- Ervaring met of competent in planning, officemanagement, administratie en/of receptietaken
- Professionele communicatievaardigheden in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, Andere talen zijn mooi meegenomen in deze functie
- Snel in het eigen maken van verschillende software en handig met diverse computersystemen (Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, Salesforce, etc.)
- Kennis van de zakelijke markt in Maastricht en omgeving is een pré
- Woonachtig in de regio Maastricht
- **Wat wij je bieden**:_
- Een part time of fulll time dienstverband tussen de 28 en 36uur per week. De uren worden idealiter 5 dagen per week in de ochtend tm middag ingevuld maar hierover kunnen we in overleg.
