Werken bij Renewi Organics is werken binnen een enthousiast team, in een afwisselende werkomgeving met focus op voortdurende optimalisatie van proces en techniek. Wij zoeken een Site Manager voor de Vergistingsinstallatie Biocel in Lelystad.

Onze locatie in Lelystad verwerkt jaarlijks circa 75.000 ton organische reststromen middels anaërobe vergisting en compostering. Hieruit wordt groene energie en compost geproduceerd. Het team bestaat uit ongeveer 6 mensen. De Site Manager geeft leiding aan het personeel op deze locatie en rapporteert aan de Manager Operations.

**Wat ga je doen**:

- Je zal bezig zijn met de dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering, technisch beheer van de installaties en de aansturing van het site team.
- Je gaat toezicht houden op het naleven van locatie eisen ten aanzien van Kwaliteit, Arbo en Milieu.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de administratie van de locatie, en de begeleiding van onderzoeken en proeven.
- Je bent het eerst aanspreekpunt voor de externe contacten, waaronder overheden en klanten.

**Wat neem je mee**:

- Een relevante (beroeps) opleiding en/of praktische werkervaring op mínimaal MBO+ niveau.
- Kennis van en ervaring met productieprocessen. Verder heb je affiniteit met biologische processen.
- Goede communicatieve en leidinggevende vaardigheden.
- In bezit van rijbewijs B en in bezit van c.q. bereid zijn tot het behalen van diploma’s BHV en VCA.
- Wonende in een straal van circa 30 km van Lelystad.
