Head of Finance

**Your profile**:
As Head of Finance, you will report to the CFO and manage the finance team. You will be a trusted advisor to the Leadership Team and **work closely with departments including Sales, Customer Success, and Operations**. Your role is to** translate financial data into clear insights and support strategic business decisions** with accurate reporting and forecasting.

You will be responsible for monthly reporting, budgeting, profitability control (margin & EBITDA), cash flow forecasting, and developing financial models to support growth. In addition, you will lead the preparation of our 2025 annual accounts, including our first statutory audit. You will also play a key role in improving our ERP system (NetSuite) and setting up business intelligence reporting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and budget control
- Ensure accurate and complete month-end close and financial checks
- Prepare annual accounts and manage the audit file (statutory audit)
- Build and maintain cash flow forecasts and profitability models
- Develop financial models to support strategic decisions (pricing, investments, cost control)
- Present financial insights and reports to the Leadership Team
- Drive daily business intelligence reporting on revenue, margin, and performance
- Lead ERP improvement initiatives (NetSuite)
- Define and track key business and operational KPIs

**Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Controller or senior accountant ready to step into a business leadership role
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Experience with BI tools is an advantage
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to handle fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Collaborative mindset and strong business acumen
