**Expert en service client**:
Vous travaillez de manière efficace, gérez plusieurs tâches en même temps et gardez toujours une attitude positive et un service aimable à chaque interaction. Vous reportez au responsable de l'équipe du service client et travaillez dans un environnement international avec la possibilité de travailler 40 heures par semaine, du lundi au vendredi.

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Fournir un excellent service client à chaque interaction
- Utiliser des outils comme Salesforce et Slack pour suivre les informations et communiquer efficacement avec votre équipe
- Résoudre les problèmes et faciliter les échanges constructifs entre nos clients et nos partenaires
- Gérer un grand nombre de demandes clients avec assurance et aisance
- En plus de l’assistance, vous avez aussi l’opportunité de développer vos compétences commerciales en conseillant nos partenaires salons et en les aidant à faire croître leur activité

**À propos de vous**:

- Vous avez d’excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en français et en anglais
- La connaissance d’autres langues (néerlandais, allemand) est un plus
- Vous avez le sens du détail, tout en restant efficace
- Vous êtes bien organisé(e), planifiez votre journée efficacement et atteignez vos objectifs et cibles
- Vous êtes disponible de manière flexible du lundi au vendredi
- Vous avez une attitude positive et prenez vos responsabilités de manière proactive
